He’s a multi-hyphenate force — an actor, hip-hop artist, producer, and cultural ambassador with charisma that transcends borders. Andrey Batt, one of the most recognized Russian celebrities on the world stage, is proving that talent, tenacity, and timeless storytelling can build a bridge between continents — and capture hearts in every language.

With roots in Moscow and wings that have carried him across global entertainment industries, Batt is an unstoppable creative who continues to shape the worlds of film, music, and animation with unmatched authenticity.

From School Stages to Global Screens

Andrey’s journey began early — at just nine years old, he stepped into the spotlight at his Moscow elementary school theatre, performing poetic tales by Korney Chukovsky, one of Russia’s most beloved literary figures. But even then, it wasn’t just about acting — it was about expression.

By the age of seventeen, Andrey was not only performing — he was directing. His debut documentary sports film “Remixtape” captured both his storytelling vision and his passion for basketball, which he played professionally at the time. The fusion of sport and cinema marked the birth of a career destined for greatness.

Beats, Bars, and Breakthroughs

In the early 2000s, Batt expanded his talents into music, becoming a self-taught hip-hop producer and beat maker. His early collaborations with African artists led to his music being played on mainstream African radio stations — when he was only nineteen. The young artist was already going global.

By 2015, Andrey’s original music had conquered European and Asian charts, with a dance remix of his hit “Letniy” soaring into the Top 10 in Japan, China, and Taiwan — a rare achievement for a Russian-born artist.

His live musical performances reached new heights in 2016, when he performed a high-energy Halftime Show at the EuroLeague, Europe’s most prestigious basketball tournament. It was a full-circle moment for the athlete-turned-artist — and a bold declaration of his multidisciplinary talent.

Lights, Camera, Legacy

Andrey’s move to Los Angeles in 2010 marked the next evolution in his career. After studying acting and filmmaking, he landed roles in various American TV shows, further establishing his presence in Hollywood. But he wasn’t content with just appearing — he wanted to create.

That same creative drive led him to launch his own documentary series, “The Artist’s Adventures”, in 2016. The series quickly became a critical success, earning some of the highest viewer ratings across the world’s major film platforms. Audiences connected not just with the glamour of the industry, but with Batt’s raw, behind-the-scenes storytelling and commitment to showcasing the artistic journey.

The Voice of Marty the Caterpillar

Most recently, Andrey took his talent into animation, voicing the lovable and hilarious Marty the caterpillar in the Canadian feature “The Butterfly Tale”. His performance brought warmth and humor to the screen — a testament to his versatility and connection with audiences of all ages.
