Linnebel: From Digital Runway to Soul Awakening

The self-made model turned spiritual leader on transformation, intuition, and living in the frequency of gratitude
9 August 2025

Linnebel’s life once looked like an endless summer—sun-drenched shoots in Ibiza, brand collaborations in the Maldives, and a schedule free of castings or industry gatekeepers. She was the architect of her own modeling career, building her brand through Instagram rather than agencies, and traveling the world on her own terms.

“I never saw myself as a traditional top model,” she says. “I wasn’t walking fashion week. I was creating content, choosing my own shoots, and expressing my creativity freely. It was beauty, freedom, and self-expression all at once.”

Yet, under the golden filter of this dream life, a whisper persisted—an inner knowing that she was meant for something more than beaches and brand deals. That whisper would turn into a wake-up call after a near-death experience in Tulum, leading to a complete transformation of her life’s path.

The Awakening

In 2019, one decision changed everything. After ignoring her intuition and attending a party she didn’t want to be at, Linnebel found herself in a terrifying out-of-body experience that she now believes was triggered by DMT.

“I thought I had died. I was reliving my own death in a loop,” she recalls. “In that space, I promised the Universe I would stop people-pleasing, trust my intuition, and honor myself first.”

When she returned to her body, she felt something she had never known before—pure, soul-deep gratitude simply for being alive. That single moment became the foundation of her spiritual journey and inspired her signature practice, The Gratitude Click™.

The Gratitude Click™

The practice is simple yet profound—three intentional “clicks” in front of the third eye, heart, and sacral chakra to reset the nervous system and shift into the frequency of gratitude.

“It’s an energetic reset,” she says. “Not a journal entry, not a thought exercise—an actual frequency shift. When you click into gratitude, you stop chasing and start attracting.”

From Tulum to Teaching

Stranded in Tulum during the pandemic, Linnebel immersed herself in meditation, healing, and sharing her practices online. Messages began pouring in from people whose lives were improving because of her guidance.

“That’s when I realized my purpose wasn’t just to create beautiful content—it was to help people feel good about themselves.”

A Hollywood Chapter

In 2024, a chance meeting at Burning Man led her to Hollywood, where her coaching business expanded rapidly. She now guides clients through programs like The Magnetic Goddess Activation™, blending Kundalini healing, Human Design, trauma release, and manifestation principles.

Living in Hollywood, she says, amplifies her mission. “This city is an energetic portal. What happens here can ripple out globally—and I’m here to plant those seeds.”

Grounded in Service

Her daily rituals—sunrise meditations, energetic protection, grounding barefoot on the earth—keep her balanced in the public eye.

“Energetic hygiene is everything when you’re holding space for others,” she says. “The more grounded I am, the more powerful my service becomes.”

Redefining Success

Today, success for Linnebel is no longer about likes or viral posts. “It’s about depth, impact, and alignment with my soul. I feel successful when my clients heal, manifest, and step into their power.”

Her younger self might not have understood the truth she lives by now:

“Your power comes from within—not from being liked, validated, or chosen by others.”

For those feeling stuck, her advice is clear—create space for stillness, listen to your heart, and ask: “If I wasn’t afraid, what would I actually do?”

Because as Linnebel has learned, the answer is already inside—you just have to click into it.

Full Interview with Linnebel

  1. Let’s take it back to your roots—what was life like as a top model in Holland? Was it everything the world thinks it is?

I wouldn’t really call myself a “top model” in the traditional sense. I didn’t go through modeling agencies or do runway shows—honestly, that world never resonated with me. I actually built my modeling career through social media, especially Instagram. So rather than a classic model, I’d say I was more of a content creator who modeled.

Most of my work came from brands who found me online and wanted to collaborate—so I managed myself, picked my own shoots, and really got to express my creativity. I never had to go to castings, which was perfect for me because that part of the industry never felt aligned. I wasn’t tall enough for fashion week, but I carved my own path.

I absolutely loved it. It was such a creative and liberating time in my life. I got to travel to the most beautiful places—Ibiza, Mallorca, the Maldives, South Africa—creating content for amazing brands while seeing the world. It truly felt like living a dream, blending beauty, freedom, and self-expression all at once.

  1. At what moment did you feel the shift? That whisper or nudge that your soul was meant for more than the runway?

As much as I loved what I was doing—traveling the world, creating content, living in the sun—it eventually started to feel like I was just escaping. I had left behind the cold, rainy energy of my home country, and for years I was chasing summer, hopping from Ibiza to Bali, from party to party. It looked beautiful on the outside, and honestly, it was amazing in many ways. But deep down, I felt this quiet whisper that I was meant for something more.

That whisper turned into a wake-up call when I had a near-death experience—a moment that completely cracked me open. It was my spiritual awakening. Suddenly, everything shifted. My perspective, my purpose, the way I wanted to live. I realized I wasn’t here just to take pretty pictures or chase external success—I was here to heal, to grow, and to help others do the same. That was the moment my soul said: It’s time to remember who you really are.

  1. What was the pinnacle moment that made you walk away from that world and step into your spiritual journey?

My spiritual awakening was definitely the turning point—but what really made me walk away and commit to this new path was my own healing journey. After the awakening, I ended up stranded in Tulum during COVID. While the world was on lockdown, I found myself living in a small hut on the beach, surrounded by a spiritual community. It was one of the most special and transformative chapters of my life.

That’s where I started meditating seriously—every day, for hours. Through those meditations, I began to truly understand myself. I healed so much, emotionally and energetically. And the more I healed, the more I felt called to help others do the same.

At the time, I was still sharing everything on social media. But while I was living in this bubble of peace and growth, many people were stuck inside, struggling. For the first time ever, I started receiving hate online—which shocked me. But instead of letting it bring me down, it sparked something in me. I thought, Okay, how can I actually help these people feel better?

So I started sharing everything that was helping me—meditations, mindset tips, home workouts, energy shifts. And suddenly, the energy changed. I began getting messages like, “Because of you, I started meditating.” Or, “Thanks to your workouts, I lost weight and feel so much better.”

That was when it clicked. My purpose isn’t just to create beautiful content—it’s to help people feel good about themselves. That was the moment I said to myself: I want to be a happiness coach.
This was even before I found Kundalini or started doing deeper energy work. But that was the seed. And it changed everything.

The Spiritual Awakening

  1. Was your spiritual path something you always felt brewing deep inside you—even during your modeling days—or did it come crashing in all at once?

It definitely came crashing in—all at once, like a lightning bolt straight to my soul.

Nothing in my early life hinted that I’d one day become a spiritual teacher. I grew up in a small town in Holland, and from the age of 12 to 20, I worked at the local snack bar—serving fries and coming home every day smelling like fried oil. I didn’t see myself as special. I didn’t feel like I had a gift. I was incredibly insecure, even when people told me I could be a model—I just didn’t believe it.

Eventually, through social media, I created a lifestyle I loved—modeling, traveling, creating content. It gave me freedom, which was all I ever craved. But underneath it all, I was still people-pleasing, ignoring my body, and doubting myself deeply.

Then, in 2019, everything changed.

I was in Tulum, surrounded by the party scene, and one night I got invited to Mayan Warrior. I was drained. I had this deep gut feeling not to go—but I didn’t listen. I let the pressure from others override my own intuition. There were many signs I should just go home.. Someone tried to fight with me because I accidentally took a bottle of water from the wrong table.. I was shocked because I never fight. Someone offered me a ‘cigarette” saying it would calm me down. I don’t usually smoke, but I took one hit.

I now believe it contained DMT, a powerful plant medicine. And in an instant, my soul left my body.

I was thrown into a loop—convinced I had died. I thought my punishment was to relive my own death over and over again. It was terrifying. And even though I wasn’t spiritual or religious at the time, I felt like I was being sent to hell. I thought, This is it. I messed up. I left my body from something I didn’t understand—and now I’ll never come back.

But at some point, something shifted. In that space, I started talking to the Universe. I made a promise: I will listen to my body from now on. I will stop people-pleasing. I will trust my intuition. I will lead my own life. I will honor myself first.

It was like my soul remembered who she really was—and claimed it.

And then—I started coming closer to the light.

Eventually, I returned to my body. And the moment I landed back inside myself, I was overwhelmed with the deepest gratitude I’ve ever felt. Just for being alive. Not for success, not for status—just for the breath in my lungs. That moment became the foundation of everything I teach now.

That was my big awakening. It wasn’t gentle. It was a collapse and a rebirth. But from that moment on, I knew: I’m here for a reason. And I’ll never ignore my soul again.

  1. You’re now known for your Gratitude Click—can you tell us what that is and how it came to life? What sparked it?

The Gratitude Click™ was born from the most life-changing moment I’ve ever experienced—my spiritual awakening.

The second I returned to my body, I was overwhelmed with this intense, soul-deep gratitude—not for anything external, but simply for the fact that I was alive. I didn’t need anything else. Not money, not success, not approval. Just breath. Just being. That click—the shift from fear to deep, pure gratitude—was instant. And that’s where the name came from.

I call it the Gratitude Click™ because it was the moment everything in my energy, my mindset, and my life started to shift. From that day forward, I began manifesting like never before. Not from desperation or hustle, but from alignment, from joy, from gratitude.

Now, I teach it as a core part of my method—because gratitude isn’t just a feel-good emotion. It’s a frequency. And when you click into that frequency, you become magnetic to everything you once chased.

The Gratitude Click™ is my signature ritual — a tool I created to instantly shift into a higher frequency.

🧡STEP 1: The ritual involves three symbolic clicks, each in front of a different energy center:

The first click is in front of your third eye
It brings you out of the monkey mind — that loop of overthinking —  into trust and intuition.
You shift from noise to clarity and inner knowing.

The second click is in front of your heart
Here, you snap out of fear and self-doubt into unconditional love and gratitude.
When you love yourself and feel grateful for life, you’re in the most powerful energetic state to manifest what your heart truly desires.

The third click is in front of your womb or sacral
This is the portal of creation.
It’s where we hold our Kundalini life force energy — the sacred creative essence that manifests ideas, desires, and even life itself.
With this click, you go from stagnation into full manifestation power.

“It’s a nervous system reset. A sacred pause. A remembrance of your power,” Mosier shares, “It reminds me: I am the master of my mind. I am the creator of my reality.”

While a gratitude journal is mental, The Gratitude Click™ is energetic, and is about becoming a vibrational match for the life you truly desire.

🧡 STEP 2: Affirmation & Embodiment
After the clicks… place one hand on your heart and the other on your lower belly.
Close your eyes and take three deep breaths — with a smile.
(Even a fake smile activates your nervous system in a positive way.)
Gently repeat your affirmations, for example:
 • “I love myself.”
 • “I deserve everything my heart desires.”
 • “Everything I desire, desires me too.”
Feel how these words land in your body. Give yourself full permission to receive this new energy.

🕊️ STEP 3: Use it in daily life
The Gratitude Click™ is your energetic reset button.
Use it anytime you feel yourself slipping into:
 • Doubt, fear, or overthinking
 • Impatience or frustration
 • Self-criticism or insecurity
 • Disconnection from your feelings
 • Before a meditation, ritual, or microdosing moment
 • Or simply to reconnect with gratitude ✨
You can do it silently or speak it out loud with intention.

  1. What daily spiritual practices keep you grounded now that your life is all about serving others and being in the public eye in a new way?

There are a lot of things I do—because staying grounded is non-negotiable for me.

Every morning before I start my day, I don’t touch my phone. I go up to my rooftop, where I meditate under the natural sunlight to sync my body and energy with the earth’s rhythm. I always begin with my Gratitude Click™—it’s my way of instantly shifting into a higher frequency. From there, I drop into meditation and visualize my day ahead.

I also set a strong intention—not just for myself, but for my clients. As a Manifestor in Human Design, I know I carry the power to initiate and manifest not only for me, but for the people I serve. I set the tone for them to become master manifestors too.

Before I begin work, I always create a protection shield around my energy. It allows me to give from a place of love and overflow—without draining myself. Energetic hygiene is everything when you’re holding space for others. I have a free meditation for you in my link tree if you want to create your own protection shield!

After client calls, I cleanse my energy with Sage or Palo Santo. Then I always step outside to ground. Walking barefoot on the earth is one of the most powerful practices—there are real healing frequencies coming from the earth’s heartbeat. It helps release inflammation and resets the nervous system. I often visualize giving anything that’s not mine back to the earth. Just letting it all go.

One of my newest daily tools is something really special: a healing mat I received from a spiritual healer in Ibiza. It’s embedded with channeled light codes that spell Ater Tumti—which means “Heaven on Earth.” I use it to rebalance my nervous system and cellular energy. You can even speak to the mat—ask it to heal a physical or emotional issue—and it responds. It’s like a spiritual technology connected to higher guidance. I now use it every day and have started collaborating with the creator to share it with others. I have  a link in my link tree for this as well.

Beyond that, I still receive support too. I regularly attend Kundalini activations, breathwork, sound healings—anything that helps me clear, expand, and stay in alignment. Because the more grounded and aligned I am, the more powerful and pure my service becomes.

Making It in Hollywood

  1. How are you enjoying this new chapter—living in Hollywood, rising as a spiritual leader, and guiding so many people?

I’ve been really enjoying it!! —more than I ever expected. I never thought I’d end up living in Hollywood, but life has a beautiful way of guiding us exactly where we’re meant to be.

I met my husband at Burning Man, and he’s originally from Orange County. Together, we decided to move to LA in February, and since day one, this city has welcomed me with open arms. I instantly connected with the most inspiring, heart-centered people, and my coaching business took off in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I’ve been working with such beautiful souls, and it truly feels like alignment.

I believe everything happens for a reason—and even though I deeply miss my friends and family back in Holland and Ibiza, I know I’m exactly where I need to be. This season is all about expansion—for my mission, for my message, and for my own personal growth.

What I love most is that I’m finally living the vision I’ve carried in my heart for years. I’m creating, I’m serving, I’m guiding others—and I’m doing it in full alignment with who I truly am. It’s been a beautiful, humbling, and powerful new chapter.

And honestly, being in Hollywood adds another layer. The whole world looks to LA for inspiration—it’s a place where ideas ripple out globally. If you want to make an impact on a large scale, this is where you plant the seed. I really feel like I’m being called to rise, to share my voice, and to help more people remember their power—and LA is the perfect energetic portal to do that.

  1. Is it ever hard reconciling your glamorous past with your spiritual present—or do you find they beautifully merge together?

I truly love what I’m doing now—it lights me up on every level. But I’ll be honest, coming from a life of total freedom—traveling the world, living out of a suitcase, constantly moving from place to place—it’s been a big shift to ground myself in one place and build something stable.

But I know it’s necessary. If I want to truly grow my business and help as many people as possible, I need a solid foundation. I couldn’t reach this level of depth and impact if I were still constantly on the go. So I remind myself daily that this chapter is about expansion through structure—creating something that can serve the world at scale.

At the core of it all, I connect to my higher purpose every single day. My deepest mission is to help raise the frequency of the earth—yes, that might sound a little vague, but on a practical level, it means helping people heal their trauma, remember who they are, and reconnect to their soul’s purpose. I’m building courses and programs that can reach people worldwide. I want to touch as many hearts as I possibly can.

So yes, there are moments when it’s tough—especially when I scroll through social media and see my friends out on boats, enjoying the summer, while I’m behind my laptop working long days. But I also know I’m doing what I came here to do. I know I’ll create more moments of freedom and play again, but for now, I’m so fulfilled by the path I’m on—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

  1. Have there been any full-circle moments where someone recognized you from your modeling career and then sought you out for spiritual guidance?

Yes, absolutely—and those moments truly mean the world to me.

I’ve been on such a journey. I actually started on social media doing fitness and modeling content, long before I stepped into my spiritual path. Over the years, I’ve shifted so much—not just in what I share, but in who I am at my core. And what’s so beautiful is that many people have been with me through the entire evolution. Some have followed me for 6, even 10 years—they’ve watched my life unfold in real-time.

Now, as a coach and healer, many of those same women have reached out—not just to follow along, but to work with me. They’ve seen my growth, my transformation, and they trust me to guide them through their own. That level of trust is so sacred to me.

So yes, full-circle moments happen often—and every time, it reminds me how powerful it is to share your journey authentically. Because you never know who you’re inspiring just by being real and evolving out loud.

  1. How has your definition of success evolved from your modeling career to now being a spiritual coach?

Oh wow—I love this question! I’ve gone through such a massive shift when it comes to how I define success.

Back then, success meant freedom. It meant being able to travel whenever I wanted, work from anywhere, be surrounded by like-minded people, and just enjoy life without stress. But if I’m being honest, I was also using that freedom to escape parts of myself I hadn’t healed yet.

Now, it’s almost the opposite. Success for me is rooted in depth. It means sharing real value, inspiring people, and being of service. Yes, freedom is still my number one core value—but it’s a different kind of freedom now. It’s the freedom to grow, to be fully myself, to surround myself with my soul tribe, and to live in alignment with my purpose.

I feel successful when I see my clients healing, manifesting, and stepping into their power. I feel successful when my relationships are healthy, when I learn something new and apply it to help others. And most of all, I feel successful when I’m recognized for the impact I make—not for my appearance, not for the likes, but for the transformation I facilitate.

Even the way I use social media has completely changed. Before, I was constantly chasing likes and views because I worked with brands, and I worried that if the numbers dropped, I’d lose paid collaborations. Now, I’m building something real—my own coaching business. I no longer care if a post gets 10,000 views or a million. If 10 people buy a course or have a breakthrough from one piece of content—that means more to me than viral reach ever did.

So yes, I’ve changed a lot. Success is no longer about being seen. It’s about being of service. And that shift has been the most liberating thing I’ve ever experienced.

  1. For anyone listening who feels stuck in their current identity or career, what’s your
biggest piece of advice to help them tune into their higher calling?

For anyone listening who feels stuck in their current identity or career, what’s your biggest piece of advice to help them tune into their higher calling?

My biggest advice is to create space for stillness—because clarity doesn’t come from overthinking, it comes from listening.
Start with meditation. Find out what’s really going on in your mind when everything else goes quiet. Ask yourself:
“What do I truly want in this life?”
But ask it not from the mind—ask from the heart, from the soul. Try to wipe out the noise of what you should do or what others expect of you. Instead, go back to your essence. What lit you up as a child? What was your biggest dream before the world told you who to be?

From there, start to decondition everything that’s not yours. And one of the most powerful questions you can ask is:
“If I wasn’t afraid, what would I actually do?”
The answer is already inside you—it’s just hidden beneath layers of fear, conditioning, and energetic blocks.

That’s why healing work is so important. For me, Kundalini activations changed everything. Kundalini brings you back to your true essence. It helps you release the blocks—emotional, energetic, even ancestral—that keep you disconnected from your purpose. It brings you back to your body, your heart, and your soul.
Because the truth is: your body already knows. The heart comes before the mind. The heart knows the way.

Kundalini and bodywork gave me so much clarity about my mission. I literally started to see the steps I needed to take. I reconnected with who I really am—and from that place, everything began to align.

And another big part of my journey has been Human Design.
For those who don’t know, Human Design is a spiritual-meets-scientific system that reveals your soul’s energetic blueprint. It shows you how your energy is meant to flow, how you make decisions, how you attract opportunities, and how to live in alignment with your true self.

It combines astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, and quantum physics—and it’s been life-changing for me and for my clients. Once I understood my own design as a Manifestor, it gave me permission to stop waiting for others and start initiating from my inner knowing.

And this is exactly what I now guide others through in my programs.

I offer a 3-month 1:1 coaching experience called The Magnetic Goddess Activation™, where I guide women through deep Kundalini healing, light language and voice activations, trauma release, Human Design integration, and my manifestation framework called Manifest Like Magic™. These sessions are available online, and they’re deeply transformative on all energetic levels.

And in October, I’m launching my first 8-week group coaching program—a powerful space that blends healing and teaching. I’ll be guiding women through the same tools and principles, but in a sisterhood container, so you can rise with others, expand together, and feel fully supported in embodying your highest self.

You can apply for my coaching and a Human Design book in my link tree as well!
I create personalized books based on your own unique blueprint.

  1. What’s one truth you now live by that your younger self wouldn’t have understood back then?

“Your power comes from within—not from being liked, validated, or chosen by others.”

My younger self was always trying to fit in, be liked, be good enough, be seen. I thought success meant looking perfect, being approved of, or getting external recognition. But deep down, I was disconnected from my own worth. I didn’t realize that everything I was chasing out there was actually something I needed to find in here.

Now I know: the more I listen to my body, trust my intuition, and stay rooted in who I truly am—the more powerful, magnetic, and peaceful I become. I no longer need to prove anything or play small to be accepted.

Gratitude was the shift that brought me home to myself. When I returned to my body after my awakening, I wasn’t chasing anything—I was just grateful to be alive. That frequency changed everything. Gratitude reminded me that I was already enough. That I was already whole.

My truth now is: You are your own home. You are your own source.
And when you live from that place—with deep gratitude for who you are and how far you’ve come—everything you’ve been seeking starts to find you.
