A Journey of Self-Discovery and Overcoming Mental Health Challenges
Madison’s path to success wasn’t just about glitz and glamour; it was a deeply personal journey of self-discovery and healing.
Coming from a predominantly Asian household, emotions were never really a topic of discussion. This led to poor emotional regulation and chronic anxiety as a child, which worsened as a young adult when she found herself in an abusive relationship.
Madison battled severe depression and struggled with self-esteem throughout her late teens and early 20s. The year 2020 became a turning point. The pandemic left her jobless, sick, homeless, and financially drained. That moment of hitting rock bottom gave her a hard choice to make—rebuild her old life or chase her dreams and create a new one.
Choosing the latter, she moved into a content house in 2021, taking every opportunity in the entertainment industry—from commercials to background roles. Despite professional success, personal hardships continued, including the loss of a childhood friend and a toxic relationship in 2022. However, the ultimate moment of self-reclamation came when she made the courageous decision to break free from her past and embrace a new chapter.
Madison spent 2023 traveling across Southeast Asia, reconnecting with her roots in the Philippines, and finding healing. She fought her demons, healed her traumas, and finally learned to enjoy life again. Now, she has a career she loves, a deep self-love, and a newfound connection to her spirituality.
Breaking into Hollywood: From Music Videos to Feature Films
Despite growing up in Los Angeles, Madison had no insider access to the entertainment industry. She fell for the same acting scams that promise to launch careers, losing nearly all her savings. However, she made one valuable connection—a casting director who took a chance on her.
This opportunity led her to work on music videos for top artists like Tory Lanez, MGK, and the Jonas Brothers, ultimately propelling her into the world of acting and production.
Now, Madison is producing and starring in the upcoming TV show Island of Misfitz and working on multiple feature films and limited series. Through Madison Santos Productions, she is taking full creative control, producing, executive producing, and acting in her own projects.

She went above and beyond—arriving earlier than anyone, bringing extra wardrobe, networking, offering to help as a PA, and even working for free just to gain experience.
Her advice is simple: Dive into your dreams. Read books, take classes, network, and gain hands-on experience. This industry thrives on collaboration, and the people you uplift will uplift you in return.
