Maria Damian is not your average CEO. In fact, she’s not even just one—she’s two. As the powerhouse behind both Legacy Dialysis and Legacy Entertainment Production LLC, Damian has built an extraordinary path that spans across two vastly different industries: healthcare and entertainment. And at the core of her journey is a mission that is as bold as it is compassionate—to help others.
A Lifeline in Healthcare
Damian’s leadership at Legacy Dialysis is nothing short of lifesaving. With 12 hospitals operating across Southern California, she plays a pivotal role in delivering critical care to patients battling chronic conditions. Her unwavering dedication to both patients and staff reflects an operational excellence that sets a high standard in the medical field.
For most, running a healthcare network would be a full-time calling. But for Damian, it’s only half of the story.
A Megaphone for Filipino Talent
As CEO of Legacy Entertainment, Damian has crafted a safe space for Filipino and Filipino-American artists aiming to thrive in the global spotlight. In a competitive industry that often overlooks minority voices, she is determined to amplify stories that matter.
Her upcoming projects reflect that passion:
- In early June, Damian is producing a major concert in Chicago featuring rising Filipino R&B star Dionela, whose smooth vocals are capturing attention worldwide.
- On October 11, she will launch what’s poised to be the first large-scale Filipino music festival in Los Angeles, with an expected attendance of 15,000–20,000 people. The potential venue? The iconic Hollywood Park. With major Filipino artists headlining, the event is set to make history.
A Champion for Artists
Among her roster of talent, Damian has formed a powerful partnership with singer-actor Max Ehrich. Legacy Entertainment recently helped launch his latest single, “LAX,” which is gaining momentum across digital platforms. But this is just the beginning.
From coordinating public appearances and wardrobe styling to arranging collaborations and new productions, Damian is fully invested in Ehrich’s career. She’s not just a manager—she’s a friend, mentor, and executive producer. Plans are already underway to launch a show that showcases Ehrich’s stage presence and dancing abilities, currently in pre-production.
She is also working closely with rising talents:
- Nin DeReyes is recording a five-song EP that mixes pop sounds with heartfelt lyrics.
- Ysabella Loyola, a singing sensation in her own right, is set to release a new single, with Damian deeply involved in every phase of its development.

Empowering Women Behind the Mic
Maria is also collaborating with fellow entrepreneur Kathleen “Frankie” Francesca on her podcast This is Me. While Frankie takes the mic, Damian works behind the scenes—organizing, scheduling, and producing each episode.
The podcast delves into themes of cultural identity, career struggles, and personal triumphs within the Filipino community. Each six-episode season is released biweekly and is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeartRadio, and YouTube.
A Legacy of Leadership
Maria Damian’s dual roles would be remarkable on their own. But together, they tell a powerful story of purpose, passion, and perseverance.
In healthcare, she’s a lifeline.
In entertainment, she’s a megaphone.
And in both worlds, she’s a visionary leader who is creating change, one life and one voice at a time.
Her journey proves that excellence and empathy are not mutually exclusive—and that success becomes even more meaningful when it’s shared.
Maria Damian is not just building a business—she’s building a legacy.
